How can we help?

RWPS Law is a local firm with a national presence whose first priority is to help. Whether you live just around the corner or many miles away we bring the same level of service and commitment to ensuring you can achieve your goal with the minimum of fuss.

Our commitment is to deliver expert and practical advice in a down to earth but professional manner and as far as possible to dispense with the traditional vagueness of hourly charging rates and instead provide a full range of legal services either at a predetermined fixed price or on a ‘No Win, No Fee’ basis.

We have expertise in both commercial and residential property serving individuals and businesses locally and across the country.

We look after families young and old through our established probate and trusts and family law departments and support businesses of all sizes with employment and HR services.

We are recognised as a leading firm in the field of occupational stress and harassment at work and our dispute resolution department handles all types of litigation from debt collection and insolvency to personal injury where we have particular experience in high value cases involving complex areas of law or matters of public importance.
