Kim has been a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives since 2006, and is also a member of the Association for Personal Injury Lawyers. Kim has worked in the legal profession since 1993 and specialised in Personal Injury since 2003. She runs a varied caseload including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, highway slip and trips and occupier's liability claims but with particular expertise in Industrial Deafness cases.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives since 1990, in 2000 Nick qualified as one of the first ever Legal Executive Advocates and in March 2009 was the first Legal Executive to become a partner in a solicitors' practice.
Nick maintains a specialist practice in Occupational Stress and related employment claims, especially for the targets of bullying and harassment. He also handles a variety of property related work particularly in the field of Landlord & Tenant.
Nick is a Council Member and Vice-President of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Locally he is Chair of Bournemouth & Poole Pro Bono and secretary of the Bournemouth & District ILEX Branch.

Richard joined RWPS in 2007 as a trainee solicitor after studying at Essex University, City University and London College of Law. Richard qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and continues to work in the litigation department specialising in all areas of Family law and in particular Divorce, Finances and Children Matters. Richard also deals with a wide range of both Private and Commercial litigation.
