Leeds Employment Tribunal awards £4.5 million for discrimination

We acted for the Claimant, Dr Eva Michalak, in the assessment of damages in this exceptional and sad case. Jane McNeil QC of Old Square Chambers appeared for Dr Michalak at the 5 day hearing in November.
