RWPS LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in England & Wales under number OC322042. Its registered office and principal place of business is at 48/50 Parkstone Road, Poole BH15 2PG. The members are Joanna Gatehouse, Paul Reynolds, John Stevenson and David Williams who are solicitors and Nicholas Hanning, a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. We use the word "partner" to refer to a member of RWPS LLP. The practice is regulated by the
Solicitors Regulation Authority. As such we are required to abide by the
Solicitors Code of Conduct 2007 (as amended) and strive at all times to do so.

This statement explains how we may collect and use information about you through our website. If you have any questions about our privacy policies, want to exercise your right to see a copy of the information that we hold about you, or think that information we hold about you may need to be corrected, please

As you would expect, we monitor visits to our website, principally so that we can make sure that it is easy to navigate, identify the areas that are of particular interest to visitors and generally improve the site and our services. The information that we collect in this process will not identify you as an individual. In common with most websites, our site uses cookies - small data files which are downloaded to your computer so that we can recognise that your computer has visited the site before. We do not use cookies to identify you, just to improve your experience of the site - for example, by allowing the site to remember your bookmarks and language preference. You can if you wish set your Internet browser so that it will not automatically download cookies - this will not prevent you from using our site. The exact steps necessary to block cookies vary from browser to browser. They are generally explained in the "Help" section of the browser.
The Contact Form on our site invites you to submit your contact details and other information about yourself or your organisation which will, of course, also identify you. In each case, the purpose for which you are invited to give us information is clear and all information is optional (but bear in mind we cannot get in touch with you without contact information). We will never use your information for any purpose than to contact you at your request except in very limited circumstances - for example, with your agreement or where we are legally obliged to do so.
We also ask for your name and an email address when you elect to subscribe to our email newsletter. Your personal and contact details will only ever be used for that newsletter and for no other purpose. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time either by using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or my contacting us.
