The Firm

RWPS LLP  represents the merger of REYNOLDS WILLIAMS Solicitors of Poole and PERRINS STEVENSON Solicitors of Lilliput and Parkstone

reynolds williams started in January 2000 committed to delivering expert advice in a down to earth but professional manner and wherever posisble to dispense with the traditional vagueness of hourly charging rates and instead provide a full range of legal services either at a predetermined fixed price or on a 'No Win, No Fee' basis.

This approach proved attractive and the firm grew substantially over the next six years offering specialist departments as well as the range of normal high street services. Besides offering residential conveyancing services, wills and probate, the firm also offers specialist employment, family and personal injury departments and is one of the leading firms in the Country in dealing with occupational stress claims, especially for the targets of harassment or work place bullying.

Perrins Stevenson has been established for thirty years and developed a locally recognised expertise in both commercial and residential property work together with probate and trusts. The firm also had a strong litigation department which practices in a range of courts both civil and family and including cases involving complex areas of law and cases of public importance.

In order to build on the growth achieved and to provide the highest standards in the various specialist services, both firms took the decision to merge, in October 2006 in the interests of existing and future clients both private and corporate alike.

Both firms continue to maintain their own identity and practice in association with each other but to accommodate the new business model, the merged practices became RWPS LLP a limited liability partnership.
